How much is shipping?
Our shipping is based on weight (actual shipping costs).  Obviously, the larger the box, the greater the cost to ship it.  Shipping also depends on how far the box will travel.  All orders are shipped from our Home Office in Montgomery, Alabama. 

How do you ship?
We ship via UPS ground service (or sometimes via the US mail). Depending on where you live, your order should arrive within 4 to 8 days (maximum).

Do you ship foreign orders? 
No. We  do not ship orders to countries outside of the United States (sorry). 

Do you ship to APOs?
Yes. But additional  charges may be added to your shipping cost to cover the higher postage (UPS will not ship to an APO) and additional handling of waiting in line at the post office and filling out customs forms.

Do you offer Express delivery?

Generally speaking, Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air (no Saturday Delivery) to continental USA only.

What is your warranty?
We guarantee the plating for life. If a piece ever cracks or chips, we will re-plate it at no charge. Simply send it back to us and we'll do the rest. We do not have a warranty on the black ovals, shadow boxes, wooden plaques or marble.

Why?
Simply put, we have no control over how they are handled once they leave our facility.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
No, in fact, large quantity orders make it difficult for us to serve our other customers when we get "cleaned out." We welcome large orders but we can't offer a discount.

Will you sell my name to anyone after I order?
No. That is not our policy. We will not sell or share your personal information to anyone.

Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are a "Mom and Pop" retail shop.

Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes. Please give us that information as you check out and gift wrapping is available at no charge!

How do I order?
You can order on-line. Just browse our on-line catalog and add what you want to the "Shopping Cart" then follow the instructions there. It's easy!
